Resumen:   La asignatura de Higiene, Inspección y Control Alimentario se imparte en los semestres 9º y 10º del Grado en Veterinaria. Es una asignatura obligatoria que pertenece al módulo de Higiene, Tecnología y Seguridad Alimentaria con un total de 14 créditos ECTS de los que 2 ECTS pertenecen al practicum en Higiene, Inspección y Control Alimentario.
